You share who you are, what mandate you carry and which ecosystems (health, SME, finance, multi-sector) you care about. We explore fit.
Step 2
Discovery & Blueprint
Joint working sessions map existing rails, policies and pain points. We sketch an MEDTIUM-powered blueprint and candidate SPV / program structures.
Step 3
Pilot & SPV Formation
We stand up one or more pilots – often via a dedicated SPV – with clear metrics, TXKEN incentive models and FINTXCH settlement pathways.
Step 4
Scale & Ecosystem Portfolio
Successful pilots evolve into ecosystem-scale deployments. Over time we build a portfolio of MEDTIUM ecosystems within and across countries.

The MEDTIUM movement is deliberately selective and long-term. Here are answers to questions stakeholders and investors usually ask first.
Is MEDTIUM a company, a platform or a standard?
MEDTIUM is an ecosystem operating model with reference architectures, products and
implementation patterns. It lives through joint ventures, SPVs and local partners –
not as a single monopoly platform.
What does “joining the movement” actually commit us to?
Initially: honest discovery, access to decision-makers and a willingness to explore
ecosystem-level change. Any financial or contractual commitments only happen after
co-designed blueprints and agreed governance structures.
How does MEDTIUM relate to BIZTIUM, FINTXCH, XO-I and TXKEN?
MEDTIUM, BIZTIUM and FINTXCH are domain OS layers
(health, business, finance). XO-I is the experience layer; TXKEN is the tokenized
value layer. Joining the movement means thinking across this whole constellation.
What kind of investors fit this movement?
Long-horizon capital: sovereign funds, DFIs, infrastructure-style investors
